Cristian R Pena, CPsychol, Director and Chartered Clinical Psychologist
Cristian is a Chartered Clinical Psychologist (HCPC & BPS registered) and the Londres Psychology Practice Team Manager. In addition Cristian Pena works as a Clinical Psychologist at University College London Hospital. Prior work has included working with children, young people and their families at Life Force, Camden & Islington NHS Foundation Trust and Oxleas NHS Foundation Trust, with adults at the Assessment and Treatment Service in Hertfordshire Partnership NHS Foundation Trust, and more than four years experience working with people with a wide range of problems including anxiety, trauma, depression, low self esteem, at the Londres Practice. Cristian has also worked for non-governmental organisations, Kids Company in London, and in human rights for the Medical Foundation in London and IRCT in Denmark.

Dr James McParland, Clinical Psychologist
James is a Clinical Psychologist registered with the Health and Care Professions Council. He has 9 years experience working in mental and physical health services within the NHS. This has included working individually with adults, children and young people. It also includes work with couples and families. James draws on cognitive behavioural, systemic, narrative and solution-focused approaches, setting out from the position that people have within them the capacity for change. He helps people identify and live according to their values, whilst acknowledging the influence of their different contexts and environments. He has worked cross-culturally with difficulties including depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship issues, minority and social struggles and physical health challenges. James also works at University College Hospital in London (UCLH). James provides therapy in English in a Central London.
Dr Irina Aron, Psychodynamic Psychotherapist, specialises in Dynamic Interpersonal Therapy (DIT)
Irina Aron trained as a Psychodynamic Psychotherapist at the Tavistock Centre and specialised in Dynamic Interpersonal Therapy (DIT) at the Anna Freud Centre. DIT is a short-term psychotherapy (up to 16 sessions), which is particularly effective for anxiety and depression. Irina is a DIT practitioner accredited by the British Psychoanalytic Council. She is also a Registered Member of the British Association of Counseling and Psychotherapy. Irina works as a psychotherapist in the NHS - Camden and Islington Foundation Trust and East London Foundation NHS Trust. She has over 20 years of international experience as a university lecturer and researcher. Her recent research interests are related to intercultural marriages, identity formation and second-generation migrants, international students in London, etc. She specialises in working with people who live transnational lives, have diverse cultural backgrounds or are challenged by diverse cultural environments. Depending on her clients' needs she combines in-depth psychodynamic work with more future focused and goal oriented work, which is associated with coaching. Irina works in English, Russian and Bulgarian in West and Central London.
Dr Cristian Raggi, PhD, MSc – Chartered Clinical Psychologist and Group Analyst
Dr Cristian Raggi is a Chartered Clinical Psychologist and a Psychotherapist. He qualified as a chartered psychologist in Italy in 2000, and has been working in the NHS in the UK since 2006. In the UK he is a member of the Health Care and Professional Council, The British Psychological Society, the Institute of Group Analysis (London) and The United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy. Dr Raggi is specialised in working with adults presenting with a range of difficulties, including symptomatic and relational issues. He works both in English and Italian and uses a range of therapeutic approaches, including psychodynamic, interpersonal and CBT models. Dr Raggi has been a visiting lecture at the Department of Psychology at Bologna University and Urbino University (Italy), and at Salomons Department of Applied Psychology, Canterbury Christ Universtity (UK). He is currently a visiting lecturer at the Institute of Psychiatry in London. Among his publications: Brunori, L., & Raggi, C. (2007) “La comunità terapeutica. Fra caso e progetto”. Dr Jose López, DClinPsy, MSc, BSc – Clinical Psychologist
I completed a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology at the University of East London (registered with the Health and Care Professions Council). During three years, I rotated through different services in London, working with adults, children, older adults and people with learning disabilities, familiarising myself with different therapeutic approaches (systemic, CBT and narrative/community psychology). Prior to this, I had worked with older adults in psychiatric care, undertaking research into this topic. In the last five years, I have specialised in Primary Care Psychology, from a Cognitive-Behavioural (CBT) approach, completing a PG diploma in CBT applied to mood and anxiety difficulties. I work both individually and also offer couple therapy. I have an interest in the process of migration and adaptation to the UK, on which I have published research. I share private practice with a senior psychologist post in an NHS primary care psychology service. I provide consultation in Central London.
Fiorella Lanata, Psychoanalytic Psychotherapist trained in the British Association of Psychotherapy
Fiorella is a Psychoanalytic Psychotherapist trained in the British Association of Psychotherapy with a specialization in children and adolescents. She has extensive experience working with children of all ages, adolescents, young adults, parents, couples and families. Although having worked with very varied difficulties she has acquired significant experience in dealing with complex cases where there has been a history of adoption or foster care and where there has been a background of abuse. Other areas of experience and interest include trauma, depression, development disorders (including learning difficulties), anxiety disorders, anger, concentration and hyperactivity.
She has had experience helping parents who are struggling to cope with their children and who might have found becoming a parent particularly difficult (like in the case of having post partum depression). Fiorella has an interest in helping people who feel lost, or unhappy, either in their professional or their personal life and have problems in their relationships with others. In her prior experience in Peru Fiorella worked with families of different ethics and social backgrounds, either in connection with the educational or the health system, focusing particularly on intercultural development, migration and identity. Fiorella works in English and Spanish in central and north London.
Diego Lopez Raya, CBT Psychotherapist (MSc Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) & Psychologist
Diego is a Cognitive Behavioural Therapist who trained at the London Metropolitan University and holds a BSc (Hons) Psychology as well as a MSc in CBT. Diego is accredited with the British Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies (BABCP) and a member of the British Psychological Society (BPS). In addition, Diego has more than 7 years experience and expertise providing psychological assessment and CBT therapy to clients presenting with a wide variety of mental and behavioural problems, including anxiety symptoms and depression. Diego has also worked with the LGBT community in Positive East as a CBT Therapist in different Primary Care settings within the NHS, including Homerton University HNS Trust and North East London NHS Foundation Trust. Diego provides therapy in English and Spanish in central London.
Yang Yang Teh, Systemic Psychotherapist
Yang Yang is a systemic psychotherapist/family therapist (UKCP registered via AFT) at CAMHS at Oxleas and CNWL NHS Foundation Trusts. He qualified as a family therapist in 2011, and received further cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) and parenting skills training in 2012 from the Institute of Psychiatry (IOP) at King's College London. He had also volunteered as a counsellor/ family therapist at London Friend and PACE Health for LGBT (lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender) individuals and families. By autumn 2013 he will be completing a Diploma in Gender and Sexual Diversity (GSD) Therapy with Pink Therapy, accredited by Middlesex University. Yang Yang integrates systemic and cognitive-behavioural approaches and has experiences working with individuals, couples and families from diverse ethnic, gender and sexual identities and background, who presented with issues such as eating disorders, OCD, anxiety disorders, depression, relationship conflicts and other minority, social and mental health struggles. Yang Yang works in English and Chinese (Mandarin) in central London.
Carla Di Falco, Psychologist and a Systemic and Family Psychotherapist.
Carla Di Falco is an Italian-Swiss Psychologist and a Systemic and Family Psychotherapist. She has been a member of UKCP (United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy) since 2008. Carla worked in the NHS in Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS) for several years. She worked in secondary schools with adolescents and their families as well as in Adult Psychotherapy services. Carla draws from different approaches (systemic , CBT; emotionally focused couple therapy, Attachment etc.) as she believes that every client has different needs which require a flexibility in the therapeutic approach She has a special interest in relationships, sexuality, couple and family issues, life cycle transitions, pregnancy and childbirth, issues related to adapting to a new culture and language, low self esteem, anxiety and low mood. 郑扬阳目前是欧西立以及伦敦中部与西北部两所国家卫生服务信托基金会的儿童与少年精神健康服务的系统性心理治疗师/家庭治疗师。 2011年毕业於帝皇学院家庭治疗系，2012年接受认知行为疗法以及育儿技能的培训。他也曾在在伦敦的两大同志志愿福利团体London Friend和PACE Health为同志及其家庭提供心理治疗／辅导的义工服务。 2013年下旬他将完成由粉红治疗开办、密德萨斯大学所鉴定的性／别多元治疗文凭课程。扬阳将系统性心理治疗与认知行为疗法融会贯通，为不同种族，性别或性倾向的人士及其配偶与家庭提供厌食症、强迫症、焦虑症、忧郁症、人际纠纷，包括其他少数族群社会与心理挣扎等方面的心理治疗服务。

Cristian è specializzato nel lavoro psicoterapeutico e psicodiagnostico dell’età adulta. Carla Di Falco è Psicologa Clinica e Psicoterapeuta sistemico-Familiare, di origine italiana e svizzera. E’ iscritta all’Ordine degli Psicologi del Lazio dal 2006. E’ membro dell’UKCP (United Council for Psychotherapy) dal 2008. Carla ha lavorato presso l’NHS a Londra per molti anni , in servizi per Bambini e Adolescenti e le loro famiglie, nelle scuole e ospedali, e in servizi per adulti. María Isabel Madrigal García - Psicóloga, Título de Licenciada en Psicología, Master en Terapia del Comportamiento (Registrada con el HCPC y miembra de la British Psychological Society).
María Isabel es Psicóloga egresada de la Universidad de Murcia, España. Ha trabajado durante 16 años como Psicóloga Clínica en el Hospital Público Universitario de Albacete, España, en el Servicio de Salud Mental, donde ha desempeñado actividades docentes en el Programa de formación de Psicólogos Clínicos. Es Master en Terapia del Comportamiento por la Universidad de Madrid-UNED. Tiene amplia experiencia en diagnóstico y tratamiento en el ámbito clínico de adultos, tanto en terapia individual, de pareja y de grupos. Ha realizado diversos trabajos de investigación y publicado en revistas de habla hispana. Maria Isabel Madrigal atiende en castellano el centro de Londres.
Carla Di Falco - psychotherapeute systemique familial
Carla Di Falco est une psychotherapeute systemique familial. Après son Baccalaureat au Lycee Francais de Rome, elle a reçu une formation en Psychologie Clinique à l’ Université la Sapienza de Rome. A londres depuis 2006, elle est diplomèe au Insitut of Psychiatry, King’s College London en Psychotherapie Systemique et Familiale.. Elle est agree par le UKCP. Carla s’est formée et a travaillé au sein de l’NHS pendant plusieurs années, dans les Services pour les enfants et adolescents et leurs familles.
